Shipping policy

KT Backwoods Designs apparel is made to order. Please allow approximately 3–5 business days for production before your order ships. Larger or custom orders may require additional processing time.

Shipping Rates

Orders under $100 are charged a flat $8 shipping fee.

Orders of $100 or more qualify for FREE standard shipping.

Delivery Time

Delivery time begins after your order has been completed and shipped. Shipping times vary depending on the carrier, destination, weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control.

You will receive tracking information when available once your order has shipped.

Incorrect Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error in your address. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change or redirect it.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact KT Backwoods Designs so we can help review the situation and determine the appropriate next steps.

Custom & Large Orders

Custom, personalized, or larger orders may require additional production time. If a significant delay is expected, we will communicate with you regarding your order.
